Sunday chill sesh: Baked chicken thighs

Clean fresh ingredients which is quick and extremely easy to make. Perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon!

Baked chicken thighs recipe:

Wash the cut chicken thighs in salt and turmeric.

Pat dry.

Marinade the thighs in lemon, garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to taste.

Bake in the oven at 160 degrees centigrade for 35-40mins. Make sure to check the pieces and rotate them every 10mins.

Bake the pieces in a bit of butter/pure ghee.

Serve with lemon wedges and a chill beer. I highly recommend a desperado as it brings out the flavour of the chicken beautifully!
